Payment Terms
We accept the following credit cards for merchandise purchases:
- American Express
- Visa
- Master Card
- Discover
Your credit card will be charged in full at the time that you make your online purchase. Be sure that the name and address that you enter matches the name on your credit card and the address where you receive your credit card billing statement or the charge will not be authorized. Shipment to an address other than that where you receive your credit card statement will require prior approval. Please call us at 800-263-9510. We are available Monday through Saturday, 9am – 5pm EST.
Sales Tax
Sales tax only applies to purchases shipped within the state of Florida and is calculated based upon the county in which your items are shipped.
Ring Sizing
All rings are made in size 6 1/2. Most stone rings can be sized. We can size up or down 1 1/2 sizes within 10 days. For sizes greater than 8 or less than 5, we will remake the ring. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this.
Venetian glass rings are all size 6 1/2 and cannot be sized. If you require a size other than 6 1/2, we will have it made for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this. Special order sizes are not returnable.
Returns/Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we provide a 7-day return period (exceptions can be made for advanced holiday gift purchases). If you decide that you would like to return your purchase, please request a return label via email to [email protected]. Sized rings, special orders and sale items are not returnable.
Shipping
We ship all packages by FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day, signature required. Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday – Thursday ship that day. Orders place after 2PM on Thursday or during the weekend ship the following Monday. Friday orders will normally arrive the next Tuesday.
Note that some rural addresses may take two days or longer to receive their packages.

Our customers love our beautiful wrap, ribbon and bow! Whether a gift for yourself or another special person, our beautiful presentation will make the occasion extra special! You can select from several of our seasonal wraps within your shopping basket.
Repairs
If your Elizabeth Locke piece should ever require repair, we will be here to help. Please return it to us shipping prepaid and insured along with an explanation of the needed repair and your complete contact information. We will then provide you with a repair estimate and gain your approval prior to proceeding.
Loyalty Rewards
Building your Elizabeth Locke jewelry collection has never been easier! You receive 1 loyalty rewards point for every ten dollars that you spend whenever you make a purchase from The Definitive Elizabeth Locke Collection. Each point is equivalent to one dollar which can be applied toward future purchases. You can accumulate your points and use them whenever you wish. Just choose the number of points you wish to use at checkout and they will lower the total – even all the way down to zero!
- Items purchased using points cannot be returned unless found defective.
- Since points are earned when you make a purchase, they will be available to use on your next order. So, if you return the item that earned the points that you had then redeemed, we will credit your credit card for the return less our incurred shipping costs and the number of dollars redeemed using your loyalty points.
- Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and expire after one year.
